*School project: The purpose of this project was to take a preexisting restaurant and create a brand extension, this could be in the form of a cafe, grocery line, etc. My chosen restaurant is Dopo located in Oakland, CA. It is a very popular italian restaurant that prides itself in inspired market-driven food. The extension chosen was a grocery line to enhance the Dopo experience outside of the restaurant.
